I’m Ana Ramirez, an illustrator with a PhD in vector biology. I make work that blends science, folk art, and the visual language of children’s illustration—balancing close observation with a sense of play. I’ve illustrated a children’s book, created a mural, produced figures for publications, and developed visuals for institutional and research-based projects, as well as ongoing personal work.
